October 16, 2018 - Court Grants In Part Sentencing Correction Motion

October 16, 2018, state circuit court in Polk County grants in part sentencing correction motion filed on behalf of client T.M. reducing his 10-20-life 25 year minimum mandatory day for day sentence to 20 years minimum mandatory, leaving intact, however the thirty year non-minimum mandatory portion of the sentence.  This will have the effect of allowing the client to receive all available credit time during the final ten years of his sentence.  This motion was filed by Mr. McFarland.
