January 7, 2019 - Trial Judgment in Favor of Client

Taking on a civil circuit court dispute, Mr. Kent and Mr. McFarland jointly tried a civil case to conclusion and judgment in favor of their client, O. S., in Circuit Court in Nassau County, Florida January 7, 2019.  O. S., a dock builder, was sued by a homeowner for breach of contract arising out of the rebuilding of a dock and appurtenances in Pirates Cove, Nassau County.  The case was tried before the Honorable Steven M. Fahlgren, Circuit Court Judge who pronounced judgment for Mr. Kent and McFarland's client, O.S., at the conclusion of the trial.
