February 5, 2018 - Court Grants Motion to Dismiss Violation of Probation

On February 5, 2018 the State conceded that there was no legal basis for the alleged violation of probation and the State Circuit Court Judge granted our Motion to Dismiss the Violation of Probation, returning our client to probation.
