January 20, 2016 - Court Grants Sentence Correction Motion

January 20, 2016, State Circuit Court in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida grants Mr. Kent's sentence correction motion for client Andrew Hill, correcting a sentencing error which had the unintended result of depriving Mr. Hill of a concurrent sentence in a case involving both a state and a federal sentence.  See copy of order here.
